Shipping includes the cost of packaging.

At present we use Royal Mail to ship in the UK, it is expensive, but the most reliable. Other shipping routes aren’t practical because of our location, and the ability to organise on a big scale with a small team. We are looking at other avenues, but for now…

As of 2021 (new releases):
Everything will be shipped as International standard throughout the world.

Tracked & Economy Shipping:
If you wish to add tracked shipping or if you wish to reduce the cost of shipping with economy (USA & Australia Only), you can get in touch on sales@waysideandwoodland.com subject: 'shipping' to organise with us.

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EU CUSTOMERS* DUE TO THE UK LEAVING THE EU, EU CUSTOMERS *MAY* INCUR EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES IN THEIR COUNTRY. WE ARE TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. IF YOU DO RECEIVE EXTRA CHARGES AND WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM, WE CAN REFUND THE COST OF THE ITEM ONLY (PROVIDED IT IS STILL IN GOOD CONDITION). IF YOU DO ACCEPT THE CHARGES WE WILL, AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL, OFFER YOU A DOWNLOAD OR TWO OF YOUR CHOICE.

Older Releases (2020 and before):
As we experimented with economy shipping for USA customers, some prices will still stand. The lower price means it will be shipped economy which takes a lot longer.

General:
We aim to ship all orders within 7 days, but this can take longer around release periods and tours, as we're a small in-house team. Your patience is really appreciated.

We don't think it's best practice to remove vinyl records from sleeves, we use very good packaging (lil vinyl packaging) which protects the records and sleeves – we’ve had zero complaints.
