Shipping includes the cost of packaging.


We use Royal Mail to ship in the UK, it is expensive, but the most reliable. Other shipping routes aren’t practical because of our location, and the ability to organise on a big scale with a small team. We are looking at other avenues, to provide shipping, but for now…

USA Shipping:

The cost of postage to the USA has increased significantly for standard delivery of a vinyl record. We now offer economy shipping as standard, plus the option to upgrade to tracked shipping which is your choice. We should able to meet the release date even with the delayed times for shipping economy.


New Tracked Shipping Options:

There are new tracked shipping options available on the merch page.
Please select this if you wish for your package to be shipped with delivery confirmation or tracking. We will send numbers on request.

There are options for: USA, Europe and Worldwide which includes anywhere from Oceania to South America.

Everything else is shipped international standard unless otherwise stated.


General:

We aim to ship all orders within 7 days, but this can take longer around release periods and tours, as we're a small in-house team. Your patience is really appreciated.

We don't think it's best practice to remove vinyl records from sleeves, we use very good packaging (lil vinyl packaging) which protects the records and sleeves – we’ve had zero complaints.
